Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 01 AUG 2023 meetings were reviewed. Weston Beal moved to
approve the minutes. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:
   none


AR review:
 - Weston to send DOCX of Quality Specification to quality and editorial teams 
   for review
   done
 - Weston to send quality checklist spreadsheet to the quality task group


New ARs:
 - Weston send draft 9 of the quality specification document to the quality 
   task group email list.


Discussion:
a. Quality Specification checklist spreadsheet (update and review)
   no feedback this week
b. Comments on IBIS Quality Specification Version 3.0 Draft8
   The task group reviewed, commented, and edited the quality specifcation and 
   created draft 9.
